How to be thankful ?

What is the real thing can be handled by a creature ? Not their needs...
The needs, life needs, always spread according to the lifetime, to the age life...
Their needs also were given by GOD...regardless they ask or not
So, what is the the real thing can be handled by ourself ?
Only our satisfaction...lower our satisfaction, as low as we can...
Just enough with everything that HE gave to us...
